general terms ans conditions for hotel accomodation

Reservations:

Reservations are binding, as soon as the hotel receives our confirmation of the reservation signed by the customer. Further agreements or special conditions need a written confirmation of the hotel.

Arrival

In case of an arrival after 18.00 hrs,( 6 pm )please contact us until 14 hrs ( 2 pm ) on the date of arrival. The hotel rooms are ready from 14 hrs ( 2 pm ) on the arrival day. On the departure day the hotel rooms must be vacated not later than 11 hrs ( 11 am )

Payment:

You are welcome to pay your invoice in cash or with one of the following credit cards: Master Card, American Express, VISA, JCB, Diners Club or bank card of the European Union.

Prices:

Prices Include the current statutory Vat ( sales tax ). Should the rate of VAT increase or decrease after the conclusion of the contract the prices shall be adjusted accordingly. We are entitled to increase the prices also if municipal duties such as culture tax or visitor’s tax are introduced or increased after the conclusion of the contract.

Arrangements:

A compensation of booked, payed, but unused services is not possible.

 

Cancellations:

Free cancellation for bookings via an online booking channel (maximum of 3 hotel rooms) is possible until 14 days before the date of arrival. Free cancellation for direct bookings via our hotel website or our reception is possible up to 2 days before the date of arrival. In case of later cancellations the hotel is allowed to charge 80 % of the room rate. Changes and cancellations of reservations are only possible by letter, fax or reconfirmed email.

Table reservation:

For the à la carte restaurant are welcome. If you should arrive late, please phone. Otherwise your reservation will be cancelled after 25 minutes.
